Two ways to work with DEALCLUB, and they are genuinely different. The software is something you run yourself, from £49 a month. The programmes are us working on your acquisition alongside you. Nothing here has VAT added — the company is not VAT registered.
Both include the full Toolkit. The step between them is the sourcing engine.
The pipeline, deal records, valuation modeller, diligence tracker and data room — plus the full Toolkit.
Everything in Deal HQ, plus the sourcing engine: search across Companies House and the public registers, build lists, and write to owners directly.
No minimum term on monthly. Cancel from your own account whenever you like.
40+ templates, scripts, checklists and models from 50+ completed acquisitions. One payment of £97, yours to keep, including updates.
It is the way in for most people, and it stays yours whether or not you ever subscribe. If you do subscribe later, you are not paying for it twice — it is already in both plans.
Flex sessions
Buy an hour when you need one. A price to sense-check, a red flag to talk through, a negotiation to plan. 4 lengths, from £65 for 30 minutes.
Book a sessionNon-executive director — from £750 a day
Once you own it: a day or two a month on your board for the transition, the strategy and the decisions that are hard to make alone.
How it worksNavigator — £300/mo
Hands-on support through an acquisition, with an equity stake in the vehicle rather than a large fee up front.
How it worksAccelerator — £800/mo
The full programme — sourcing, structuring and completion alongside you, for buyers moving on something now.
How it worksNavigator takes a 5% stake in your acquisition vehicle, bought back over 24 months, so it begins with an agreement. Accelerator takes no equity. The non-executive work is arranged on a call.
Do I need a subscription to get the Toolkit?
No. The Toolkit is a one-off payment and it stays yours. It is also included in both monthly plans, so if you subscribe you do not need to buy it separately — and if you already bought it, that access is yours whatever you do next.
What does Sourcing actually cost to run?
The plan covers the software. Letters are printed and posted through your own account with a print-and-post provider, which you pay directly — around a pound a letter including postage. We take no cut of that, and we never hold your postage money.
Is there a minimum term?
Not on the monthly plans — cancel whenever you like. The annual option is paid up front and works out at ten months' money. The programmes and the non-executive work are different: they start with a conversation rather than a checkout.
Is there VAT on top?
No. DEALCLUB Limited is not VAT registered, so every figure on this page is what you pay.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, either direction, and the change takes effect on your next bill. Dropping from Sourcing back to Deal HQ keeps your prospect lists — they are simply read-only until you add it again.
Tell us what you are trying to buy and we will tell you honestly whether any of this helps — including if the answer is none of it yet.
