Terms of sale and use.

What you get, what it costs, how to stop, and what we promise — which is a real thing and not everything you might hope for.

1.Who you are contracting with

DEALCLUB Limited, company number 15886537, registered in England and Wales. Contact us at darren@dealclub.online. These terms apply when you buy anything from us or use an account on this site.

2.What we sell

Three different things, and the difference matters:

  • The Toolkit — a one-off purchase of £97. Templates, models and checklists, yours to keep, including later updates.
  • A subscription — Deal HQ at £49 a month, or Deal HQ + Sourcing at £79 a month. Software you use yourself, billed monthly or annually, cancellable whenever you like.
  • Advisory work — the programmes, Flex sessions and non-executive support. These involve our time and start with a conversation rather than a checkout.

Every price on this site is the price you pay. DEALCLUB Limited is not VAT registered, so nothing is added at checkout.

3.Paying, and what happens if a payment fails

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details. A subscription renews automatically on the same date each month or year until you cancel it.

If a payment fails we do not cut off your access straight away. Stripe retries over the following weeks and we will tell you. Access ends only when the subscription is finally cancelled — we are not going to lock you out of your own deal records over an expired card.

4.Changing or cancelling a subscription

There is no minimum term on a monthly plan. You can change plan or cancel from your profile at any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not refund part-months.

Moving between plans is prorated: we credit the unused part of what you have paid and charge the difference, so you are never charged twice for the same days.

If you cancel, anything you bought outright stays yours — the Toolkit in particular. Your deals and prospect lists are not deleted; they become read-only until you subscribe again.

5.Your right to change your mind

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days to cancel and get your money back.

For digital content this right ends once we start supplying it. When you buy the Toolkit you get access immediately, and by completing the purchase you are asking us to start supplying straight away and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right to cancel as a result. That is the trade: instant access in exchange for the cooling-off period.

For a subscription, the 14 days run as normal from the day you subscribe, less the value of what you have used.

In practice: if you have bought something and it is not what you expected, email us within 30 days and we will refund you. We would rather do that than have you feel stuck with it.

6.Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — if your colleagues need access, they need their own.

The Toolkit is licensed to you for your own acquisitions. Reselling it, publishing it, or passing the files to people who have not bought it is the one thing that will get an account closed.

7.What the software is, and is not

DEALCLUB is a set of tools and the benefit of experience. The valuation modeller, the diligence tracker and everything else help you think — they do not tell you what a business is worth and they are not a substitute for proper professional advice.

Nothing on this platform is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Buying a business is a serious financial decision. Get an accountant and a solicitor, and use what we give you to ask them better questions.

Figures the platform produces — valuations, implied multiples, ratios — are estimates from the numbers you put in. They are only as good as those numbers.

8.The sourcing engine

If your plan includes sourcing, you are the one deciding who to contact and what to say. You are responsible for complying with data protection and direct marketing law when you do. The terms for that are separate and you should read them before using it.

Printing and postage are paid by you, directly to the print provider, through your own account with them. We take no cut and never hold your postage money.

9.Keeping the service running

We will do our best to keep everything available, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may change features as the product develops. If we make a change that takes away something significant you are paying for, we will tell you and you can cancel.

10.Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, and because this is a tool you use to make your own decisions, we are not liable for business losses — lost profit, lost opportunity, or the outcome of an acquisition. Where we are liable, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.

11.If something goes wrong

Email darren@dealclub.online and we will sort it out. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially we will email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not want to accept it.
